Establishing Dubai Aviation City Corporation a public corporation fully owned by the Government for the purpose of owning The City and administering its affairs. The establishment of the city aims at:

• Keeping pace with the continues development experienced by the Emirate in air navigation area and traffic and in international transport.

• Attracting international air transport companies to select the city as a center for its regional and international operations.

• Attracting transport and air cargo traffic via the city , in order to make it an international center for air navigation and cargo traffic

• Making The City a leading international center for education, training and researches relating to air navigation and air transport.

• Attracting business and encouraging investment in the city and its zones so as to make it a center processing all competitive factors relating to air navigation.

• Making the city an active factor in the development, diversification and strengthening of the economical development of the Emirate.

• Promoting international cargo and transport services across the city.

• Making the Emirate and the City an international center for multi model transport.
