DWC Commercial City

DWC-Commercial City will be Dubai World Central's business and financial hub. It will have one to 45-storey buildings that will house a variety of businesses, which are expected to employ around 150,000 people. The taller blocks on the perimeter of Commercial City will have stunning views of Nakheel's Arabian Canal project. Super-deluxe homes are included in the masterplan. The City will also boast up to 25 hotels ranging from deluxe, through to five-star, four-star and three- star, in addition to shopping malls, schools, hospitals and health care centres. A freehold property project, plots of land are to be sold to leading developers, who will build in accordance with the approved Dubai World Central masterplan and design requirements.

DWC Golf City

Located in the south western corner of DWC, DWC Golf City will boost Dubai’s status as an international golfing and family’s destination that cater to local demand for tee-times. DWC Staff Village:

The Staff Village will provide a uniquely desirable living environment. This residential hub will offer various accommodation options for a range of staff categories. Featuring a Central Plaza at the heart of the villages along with a fully equipped community centre, residence will enjoy all the modern facilities and amenities for a comfortable lifestyle.

DWC has allocated two Staff Villages in its premises; one in ‘DWC Residential City’ and the other at ‘Dubai Logistics City’. The DWC Residential City Staff Village will offer an exclusive accommodation for female comprising six buildings, with the same services and amenities.

The close proximity of Staff Village to DWC and related components will enable employers to save costs on transporting their staff to their workplaces. Also, the villages will have banks and government offices to cater the needs of the residents and save the trips to Dubai downtown.

 1-DWC Residential City Staff Village:

The Staff Village at DWC Residential City will have a dedicated area of 61 hectares has been allocated at the southeast corner of the city for roughly 43,000 staff.

 2-DLC Staff Village:

The Staff Village at DLC is located to the south of the Forwarders’ Area on approximately 62 hectares of land.
The Village is intended to provide accommodation to around 52,000 of DWC staff. The average plot coverage for the residential buildings is in the range of 40%
